Russell Barton, vice president/president elect, presiding, called the meeting to order at 5:45pm.

After introductions, Russell Barton outlined the application to become a society, and discussed the main changes to the proposed set of bylaws that were posted on the web. The motion to approve a call for a membership vote to become a society was passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5.53pm.
